This Privacy Policy explains how PayerFox processes information when you use hosted checkout pages and related services.

1. Information we process

Depending on the merchant and payment method, we may process order identifiers, amounts, currency, payment method selection, technical logs (IP address, browser type), and status events from payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on PayerFox servers.

2. How we use information

We use this information to run checkout, confirm payments, prevent fraud and abuse, provide merchant dashboards, and improve reliability and security.

3. Sharing

We share data with merchants (for their orders), payment providers selected for a session, and infrastructure vendors that help us operate the service. We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention

We retain transaction and log data as needed for settlement records, dispute handling, legal obligations, and security investigations.
