PayerFox provides hosted checkout and payment orchestration tools for merchants. By using PayerFox checkout pages or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service

PayerFox enables merchants to present payment methods and collect payment status updates. Settlement and custody of funds are handled by the payment providers or wallets selected by the merchant, not by PayerFox, except where explicitly stated.

2. Merchants and customers

Merchants are responsible for their goods, services, pricing, refunds, taxes, and compliance with applicable law. Customers should resolve order disputes with the merchant first.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use PayerFox for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctioned parties, or to interfere with the security or availability of the service.

4. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayerFox disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
